Marcia Brewster brings a wealth of international experience and organizational expertise to the consulting services of Nautilus International. Formerly a senior officer for water resources at the United Nations’ Department of Economic and Social Affairs, she has recently been involved in evaluations of a number of UN programs and is a strong advocate of sustainable development, particularly as it relates to water resources policy. She has organized numerous high profile events and outreach programs to educate the public and bring together fellow professionals to raise awareness, build support, and generate funding for numerous policies and projects related to natural resources and energy.
Brewster has spent 13 years living and working in Asia. She has an MS in development economics from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. Her clients benefit by the depth and range of her work and her extensive knowledge of the cultural and economic implications of waterfront development strategies in the United States and abroad.
